Bipaschit has a Masters from University of Delhi and an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur. As a client, he had sensed the need for professionally run executive search firms in India, and he founded PROSPECT to fill that need.
Bipaschit works with CEOs and CHROs, advising them on strategy and on helping them re-structure their top management. He is particularly adept at helping organisations work on confidential, interventional searches, which have a far-reaching impact on the organisation’s business.
Bipaschit has decade-long engagements with diversified businesses with global footprints. His assignments range from finding a CFO and future MD, in a satellite major, an R&D head in the consumer sector for one of India’s largest companies, Managing Director in India for a global engineering company, business head for a division of India’s blue chip consumer company.
Bipaschit was also involved in the assessment of top management in a group company of India’s largest business house, to recommend a successor to the retiring Managing Director.
Bipaschit is an avid traveller, with a strong love for the mountains. He operates from two bases, New Delhi and Dharamshala (the residence, in exile, of His Holiness the Dalai Lama). He has recently started taking an interest in the teachings of Buddhism.
