Pedro Nieto

After earning his degree in medicine at the University of Salamanca and an MBA at the IESE, both in Spain, Pedro on to hold several positions at Prodesfarma (Almirall) and Boehringer Mannheim-Roche Diagnostics until he was appointed CEO of Grupo Vita and later Managing Director of Salvat Laboratories. 

In 2003, Pedro established Ellis & Partners, dedicated to retained executive search and focusing mainly on the industrial, chemical, pharmaceutical, professional services, renewables, institutional and consumer products sectors.  Since 2008, Pedro and his firm have been a member of AGILIUM WORLDWIDE executive search group and Pedro was its Global Chairman between 2014 and 2019. He is currently its Treasurer.

Moreover, he is a member of the prestigious Círculo de Empresarios, a Spanish think-tank, EJE&CON, the Spanish Association of Executives and Board Members, a board member of Banco Lopez de Haro and advisor to the President of Banco BDI.
