Olivier founded PLATINIUM Executive Search in 2013. Under his leadership, PLATINIUM Executive Search joined the AGILIUM WORLDWIDE executive search group in 2015. He was Chairman of the group between January 2019 and December 2022.
Olivier has extensive experience in executive search, in conducting senior, executive and board search assignments across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors in Belgium and Luxembourg.
He is known as a leading authority and trusted advisor to domestic and international client organizations. Olivier’s expertise covers many different industries, working with blue-chip companies in healthcare, industry, not-for-profit and the finance and banking sectors. He is especially skilled in conducting C-level executive search assignments and building long-term relationships with his clients.
Olivier holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and also in Portfolio Management & Estate Planning, both from ICHEC Management School in Brussels. He also graduated from the Executive Program in General Management at the Solvay Business School, Brussels.
In his free time Olivier used to play various sports such as soccer and tennis at competition level. Nowadays, he is an active player of golf and padel tennis. He also enjoys spending precious time with his wife and four children.
