Cynthia holds a degree in psychology from the Rafael Landivar University and a master's in human resources administration from the Francisco Marroquín University. She has participated in human resources programs and projects at international and national levels, focusing on private companies in different sectors, with resources from international organizations as well as private companies.
With a solid academic and professional background and extensive development work in the labor market, she focuses on recruiting and selecting senior executives, evaluating employees, diagnosing work cultures and climates, evaluating HR processes, consulting and outplacement. She also works as an executive coach and develops training courses. As a certifier of various world-class tools at institutional and university level she deals with topics such as leadership, HR management, psychology, psychometrics, interviewing, recruitment and selection of personnel.
Furthermore, she is a certified representative of Human Perspective International, a multinational company dedicated to the development of human development measurement tools such as DISC. Additionally, she conducts certification workshops on Benziger Thinking Style Assessment in Guatemala and El Salvador. Cynthia is also certified in implementing the Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Assessment and Midot Employee Integrity tools.
