SDH welcomes Rob Dijkstra as Partner Executive Search as of 1 March 2026

With more than twenty-five years of experience in (commercial) leadership roles within credit management, recruitment & selection, secondment and management consultancy, Rob brings sharp insight into how organisations truly operate - from operations to the boardroom. Rob has held positions in corporations, family businesses, private equity environments and scale-ups, and has a strong understanding of the kind of leaders required to translate strategy into sustainable value.

In his role as Partner Executive Search, Rob acts on the one central principal: people make the difference. Strong leadership emerges in teams that complement one another, challenge each other and make the right decisions under pressure. From this perspective, Rob supports executives, shareholders and organisations not only in appointing leaders, but also in the phase that follows - where collaboration, role clarity and decision-making are critical to continuity and growth.
