Regional Meetings 2026

Over the past few weeks, the AGILIUM WORLDWIDE executive search group held its regional meetings for LATAM & Caribbean, Asia & Pacific, EMEA, and Canada & USA - bringing together over 30 member firms from all around the globe. Times are both exciting and challenging for the independent, owned-managed executive search firms in the network, which has operations in more than 50 major locations worldwide.
Regional meetings are held every springtime, and present members with crucial and unique opportunities to get a pulse on local and global markets, and industry drivers. Partners share their insights, market perspectives, and best practices and solutions with colleagues from other countries, in a run-up to the global AGM held each year in October. The agendas include plenty of time for discussion on the main challenges that members are facing in their distinct markets, how they are dealing with these, and proactively converting them into opportunities for business, both in their local markets as well as in cross border searches.
All sessions were productive and stimulating, demonstrating that AGILIUM WORLDWIDE member firms - a unique group of top professionals - are not only passionate about their business, but also dedicated to promoting the highest standards and qualities within the world of executive search.
