Lotta has a background as HR-manager with experience from different branches in leading positions within the HR area. Her main task has been an efficient business support and advice to management and leaders in the organization in matters relating to Human Resources. She is a certified coach in Change Management and is licensed for Thomas International Test and Selection a tool for behavioral and aptitude assessments. Her education is also in Sales and Marketing and she has a Masters in Business Development. Joined World Search Group Scandinavia in 2011 as a partner with primary responsibility for Sweden.
