George Toner is a director in our Toronto office. He holds a B.A. in Political Science. Before joining Western Management Consultants in 1989, he spent 16 years in executive search and consulting in Toronto and Montreal and most recently worked for more than five years with the consulting arm of an international chartered accountants and consultants firm. George also has exposure in various aspects of compensation consulting and leadership coaching.
George's executive, management and professional recruiting experience has focused on knowledge based industries including pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, engineered products, computers and high technology, information services, telecommunications and manufacturing. From a management discipline point of view, he has extensive experience recruiting in the following areas: general management, manufacturing, sales and marketing, human resources, finance and administration, operations and logistics, information technology and the medical and scientific fields.
