María Mirta joined Valuar in March 2006 and became a partner of the firm less than a year later. She has a solid human resources background developed at companies such as Sheraton Hotel, Sadesa (large Argentine leather manufacturer) and Zurich Group. For 11 years, until December 2005, she held the HR Director position of this Swiss insurance company.
María Mirta brings to the firm a comprehensive understanding of people management and a profound knowledge of organizations and their structures.
She graduated in Human Resources at the Morón University in 1985 and attended a postgraduate program conducted by Dave Ulrich in Switzerland.
María Mirta is fluent in Spanish and English.
