Cristina Bomchil, Managing Partner of Valuar Human Resources Organization, founded the firm in 1973.
Cristina oversees a team of professionals responsible for researching the market and identifying and assessing the best qualified candidates. Her professional experience, uninterrupted since her company was founded, includes servicing a select number of national and international companies in Argentina and Uruguay.
In 1975 she graduated in Psychology with a Human Resources orientation from the Catholic University of Argentina. In 1998 she attended the Top Level Management Program, Institute of Senior Studies, Austral University (IAE Business School).
She is a member of the Advisory Council of CIPPEC (Argentina’s leading political and economic think-tank); and board member of both the University of San Andrés (since 2002) and Aportes, an NGO dedicated to improving the management capability of third sector organizations.
In addition to Spanish, Cristina speaks English and French.
