Vanessa Palomino is Partner of Tasa Worldwide Peru.
She has more than five years of experience in consultancy in executive search and management assessment, specialized in industry, consumer and retail practice sectors. She has handled several searches for important multinational and national companies. She has in-depth knowledge of the Peruvian and Regional markets and has experience in modern executive selection tools.
Vanessa graduated in Business Administration at the Southern California University for Professional Studies, with professional extension studies in Human Resources at the Catholic University of Peru and London Business School. She has 15 years of experience in several local and regional management positions, such as General Manager, Assistant and Assistant Chairman of Peru Tabaco S.A. and Human Resources Manager for British American Tobacco (South America) Ltd. for Peru, Paraguay, Uruguay, Ecuador and Bolivia.
She is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce.
