Licentiate of industrial and civil engineering from Valpo Catholic University of Chile. Started his career at Banco Bice Chile, whose shareholders are the group matte of Chile and the Rothschild family in England. Afterward, he worked with the Cencosud group that belongs to Horst Paulmann, owner of the Jumbo supermarket chain and Wong supermarkets in Peru.
Finally he was recruited as marketing director of AFP El Roble, ending his career as a dependent in Peru as general manager in 1998.
Later he establish LINK CONSULTING, the same that has important information relating to human resources. He is currently CEO of Head Hunters Peru, Director of Previus and President of Link Consulting.
