Carolina is fully bi-cultural (English-Spanish) with ten years’ experience working in multiple positions with Exxon Corporation, Colombia, in the areas of systems, HR, telecommunications and finance and also as Treasurer for all Exxon affiliates in Colombia. Since 1998 she has been a partner with TASA/SELECT Colombia, where she has specialized in the telecommunications, IT and pharmaceutical sectors.

Carolina trained as a systems engineer, with a B.S. in Computer Science from Xavier University (Cincinnati, Ohio) and a post-graduate degree in finance from Los Andes University in Bogotá.
