Prior to joining TASA Worldwide as a partner in 1993, Germán had a diverse multidisciplinary career that included seven years as Joint Interest and Corporate Planning Manager for Exxon’s exploration, production and transportation business in Colombia. He was also Commercial Relations Manager for a three billion dollar coal mining project in northern Colombia and prior to that, had a successful human relations career that included the HR Manager position for Esso Chile and other Latin American operations.
Germán has a B.S. in Economics with specialization in finance from New York University. He is fully bicultural (English/Spanish) and has broad business and executive recruitment experience in a variety of industries, with strong emphasis in senior level positions in the energy, mining, Industrial and IT sectors.
