Jose Fernandez is the Managing Partner of Stratos Executive Search Consultants. Jose’s experience in retained executive search began in 2002 as partner of Hemisferio Izquierdo, one of the leading executive search firms in Chile. He previously worked for Unisys both in Chile and in Spain as Director of Finance; Bosca as CEO; and Construmart as CFO.
Jose has been past president of the Chilean Brewery Association and has worked at the University of Chile in the Industrial Engineering Department and as a professor in the MBA program.
He earned a law degree at the University of Chile, an MBA from ESADE in Barcelona Spain, a Phd © Management DEA from University of Lleida Spain, and a Certificate in Leadership BDA from San José California. Jose is a member of the Family Firm Institute of Boston USA, the ESADE Alumni and the Chilean Bar Association.
