Bipaschit Bose, CEO of Prospect, has a Master of Arts from The University of Delhi and an MBA in Human Resources and Personnel Management from Asia's finest management institute for this discipline, The Xavier Labor Relations Institute.
Bipaschit has worked in human resources in industry and the private sector including a joint venture between Eicher India and Mitsubishi Motors of Japan; with India's first telecommunications company; and at Max which set up the cellular phone service in Mumbai with Orange.
Bipaschit founded Prospect more than 15 years ago when search firms were still a novelty in India. Since its inception, Prospect has worked on senior management searches with the cream of Fortune 500 companies in India, including a seven year association with GE where Bipaschit receiving special training in GE's interviewing methodology. Today, Prospect is highly respected in India as a search firm of high quality and integrity.
