José Cardeira Seno is a graduate of University of Lisbon with a specialty in Organizational Psychology.
He began his career teaching high school for a short time, then moved into HR consultancy. He started at PSICONSULTORES (now a British company-SHL) working in recruitment/selection processes and in training/HR management projects. Subsequent positions included Search & Selection Consultant to sales/marketing careers in every industry at CEGOC (a French company); Search & Selection Area Manager to bank/insurance industries at EGOR (a Human Resources Consultancy company); and Director of Search/Selection department at Coopers & Lybrand/PricewaterhouseCoopers in Portugal.
In 1999, Jose founded and is currently partner of Prime Search in Lisbon, serving clients on a national level for every industry and all careers. His clients have included some of the most important multinational companies whom he has supported in executive search for middle and top management positions.
In recent years, he has participated as speaker in several human resources management conferences.
