Riccardo Belloni, President and Executive Partner of MEGA HR, has worked in the executive consulting field since 1973. He founded MEGA HR Consulting Group in 1995 and is the legal representative for the company.

Riccardo was formerly a partner with prestigious Italian consulting companies. He also developed executive consulting projects in organizational development, research, selection and evaluation of managerial staff for national and multinational firms. In addition, he was General Director of SE.DA (Editorial Services and Audiovisual Distribution).

Riccardo holds a degree in business economics.
