Alberto Belloni is an experienced HR manager, with more of ten years of activity working in the areas of executive & professional search, human resources development and managerial training.

After a short period in a consulting firm as a trainer he spent five years with one of the largest Italian pharmaceutical companies as a HR Development Manager. Following this experience he was a trade union manager in an international pharmaceutical distribution company.
Since 2003, Alberto has been a Partner of MEGA HR Consulting Group, operating as an executive search consultant and client referent, as well as a senior consultant in HR development projects and the Assessment & Development Center.

Alberto holds a degree in business economics, a Masters of Cognitive Behavioral Psychology and a Primary Certificate from the Albert Ellis Institute of New York.
