Hans-Peter Würmli graduated in business administration at Lucerne University before completing additional studies at the Harvard School of Business Administration. He has also completed training courses in management and leadership, sales, marketing, communication, finance and project management. He speaks German, English and French.
As a member of group management committees and boards, Hans-Peter has defined and shared the responsibility for the strategic orientation of various companies. As a company manager and interim manager, he acquired considerable experience in developing key success factors, in turnaround management and in HR management. He successfully led several medium-sized international companies through the process of change.
His experience is rooted in the development and implementation of strategies, the creation of efficient and motivated teams and recruitment for key positions.
Hans-Peter can call on a large network in the consumer goods, capital goods and service industries that he has developed together with his wide-ranging experience throughout a successful career in medium-sized firms and family enterprises.
