Owner Pedro Nieto earned his degree in medicine and surgery at the University of Salamanca, Spain and obtained the ECFMG certificate in USA. Pedro is a graduate of IESE Business School, Barcelona where he earned his MBA and maintains active relations. He held several positions in the pharmaceutical industry (Almirall-Prodesfarma, Boehringer Mannheim-Roche Diagnostics) until he was appointed COO at Grupo Vita and later CEO at Laboratorios Salvat.
Pedro is currently member of the board of Lopez de Haro Bank and President´s advisor of Banco Desarrollo Industrial (Dominican Republic). Convinced of the need for consultants familiar with their sector, he founded Ellis & Partners in order to locate and present executives with a strong international background that conform into well established structures. He also pays special attention to candidates’ careers in order to guide them, exchange opinions and help them make accurate professional decisions.
