Javier is a graduate of the Buenos Aires Regional College of the National Technological University, in the Republic of Argentina.
He worked for 14 years in several divisions of Unisys (Ex Burroughs Corporation) in Argentina, Uruguay, Ecuador, USA, and Mexico, occupying Management Positions in Professional Services and Marketing. He also occupied several positions in commercial areas of Hewlett-Packard Argentina.
In 1996, he became the General Manager of Systems Software Associates in Mexico for the Northern Region of Latin America and the Caribbean.
Beginning in 2000, he became the General Manager for the Northern Region of Latin America of ARINSO, international company of Belgian origin dedicated to the consultancy in Human Resources. In 2002, he became the Cofounder and General Manager of Back to Business - CPI Mexico, a company dedicated to the consultancy in Human Resources, specialized in Outplacement, Assessment and Coaching.
In May of 2005, he joined DeZaSearch as a Partner and Senior Consultant mainly focused in the Manufacturing and Pharmaceutical areas.
