Bryan is a recognized thought leader in the fields of leadership-acceleration, entrepreneurship, personal and business brand-integration, and talent-management strategy and deployment.
After completing post-graduate studies in Business Information Systems at Wits University in 1981, Bryan established the Bryan Hattingh Group of Companies (BHG) in 1987. Over the past 20 years, Bryan has successfully launched and managed a variety of successful businesses based on innovative, ground-breaking and value-centric service offerings. The “Most Admired IT Company Survey Awards” acclaimed BHG as the leader in its field for eight years running.
Bryan established Cycan (Pty) Ltd in 2001, and the company is today a leader in the strategic talent-management and leadership-solutions field. Bryan specializes in merger and acquisition optimization; brand integration; black economic empowerment solutions; and talent acquisition, retention and optimization. Bryan consults to blue-chip corporate companies across the board. An internationally accredited meta-coach, he has achieved outstanding results in the coaching arena.
