Janina Obniska is a graduate of Warsaw Main School of Planning and Statistics with a degree in economics. She also completed postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management at Warsaw School of Economics.
Her initial work experience was gained through the sales department of "Rolimpex", an official Polish Trade Organization. In 1983 Janina moved to the Canadian owned CATERPILLAR dealer for Poland where her responsibilities included marketing support, recruiting and hiring specialists to fill out the growing organization.
She started her executive search career with Boyden International in 1993 as a partner in the Warsaw office. From January 1997 she has been running her own independent office as Managing Director under the name of CPC Executive Search.
