Argentina/Brazil/Chile/Colombia/Mexico/Peru

Six Agilium Worldwide member firms in Latin America submitted a joint proposal to one of the region’s largest privately held engineering and construction companies to provide executive search services that the firm would be needing in each of the members’ countries over the next two years. The client was presented with a single proposal, structured as one offer, in which all firms agreed to the same fees, process, guarantees and timing, and coordinated by one of the firms. Agilium Worldwide won this bid and as of May 2010 are now working on eleven searches in five of the six regions.

Spain - Chile

In late March 2010, Ellis & Partners of Spain, received an assignment for a Country Manager position for a Spanish pharmaceutical company for one of its South American regions.  Member firm Stratos of Chile was contacted, the assignment explained, and the Stratos team provided the client with professional, effective, punctual and excellent service.  Ellis & Partner’s client was able to successfully conclude the search even before their already short three week deadline. 

France - Africa

Despite an initially unsuccessful relationship with an Egyptian client in 2009, MC Consulting of France kept in close touch with two key contacts who had subsequently left the company. One individual is now HR Director MEA for a global telecommunications company of which its regional team  in Africa was looking at internal candidates for another position. Member firm Cycan of South Africa was introduced to this client who had a perfect candidate who was ultimately selected over the internal one. MC Consulting is now in advanced talks with the company to supply their needs throughout the African continent in colaboration with other Agilium Worldwide partners.

Australia – United States

Shortly after an Annual General Meeting (Singapore 2002), Douglas Walker International of Australia directed three local clients to one of the US offices that successfully completed several executive search assignments on the client’s behalf. The annual conferences and regional meetings are therefore critical in enabling representatives from member offices around the world to ensure consistency of systems and a uniform approach to the management of internationally referred searches.
